the world today vs world of yesterday

If you look back at the world when the Hippies tried in every way to connect with other people just like them through music or a large get together. (a movement) The had the feeling of power and being united as one to be happy and get things done.... If you look at the world today we have all of that at our finger tips (internet). so what is the problem? The problem is we feel like we have lost control and just have to take it the way it is. Look at gas prices. In the 70's everyone would of went out and striked against it. We don't have the balls in this country that we use to have. Its time we take control again.
